At RedPlumy, we know when you buy something online, you want to get your purchase as fast (and as cheaply) as possible. Please see below for details of our shipping policy.

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: RedPlumy partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, and EMS. We offer two shipping methods which differ in shipping time. You can choose Expedited Shipping or Standard Shipping on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

Q: How to keep our package safe?
A: We're working closely with our fabric suppliers to make sure all the fabrics we use are with disifection guarantee. AND we're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 7-10 working day delay in processing your orders.

Q: What countries or regions do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide. There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to. This is a rare case but if this happens, we will get in touch with you ASAP.

Q: How can I know the estimate delivery date?
A:Currently the total delivery time includes processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. The item(s) will be shipped within 7 days.

Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

You can choose Expedited Shipping (3-6 business days) and Standard Shipping (7-30 business days) to ship your item(s). The shipping time may vary in different countries. Thanks for your understanding.

Q: Do I need to pay duty or custom fee?
A:There will be no more charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. However, based on our experience, such situation is very rare.

If it happened don't worry though, if you contact my colleague in the post-sales team they will be able to assist you with this right away at service@redplumy.com.

If you still have some concerns about the tax, you can learn some information about your local customs policy. We are more than willing to help if there is anything we can do.

Q: Why was my order shipped separately?
A:We will send your order as soon as possible to ensure you get the order earlier. So your order might be shipped separately from our different warehouses based on stock.

Or when your products exceeds a certain quantity, we will ship them separately to ensure that you will get the whole order safely.

Q: Why my package status did not update for several days?
A:Sometimes it takes several day for the tracking information to be updated. If your shipment is from our international warehouses, it is in transit or clearing customs and the information will not be updated until it reaches next shipping station (may need 3-7 days).

Sometimes the shipping company has not updated the package information. We suggest you wait few days more.

Affected by COVID-19, we would like to thank you for all your favour during uncertain time. We have been working hard to improve our delivery process to ensure that the package delivered to you is safe, so there may be a 7-10 working day delay in processing your orders.

If you have the order number but it has not been updated, don't worry, we have already delivered it. There are many reasons for not updating the information in time. It will be updated when the package arrives in your city. We hope you understand the support.
